Ameriflex Diaphragm Coupling
Clutch Engineering offers Ameridrives Ameriflex diaphragm couplings for extended reliable use. When installed and aligned properly, these couplings are also maintenance-free and are designed for infinite life. These products offer a high torque capacity with a relatively small diameter and a light weight. Split series couplings are used when mechanical requirements can not be met with a single series coupling (i.e., envelope limitations, over-hung moment requirements, etc.).
Torque range: 2,500 to 500,000 lb-ft (3,390 to 677,910 Nm)

Torsiflex-i Disc Coupling
Clutch Engineering offers Ameridrives Torsiflex-i disc couplings that are compatible and highly-effective for ensuring the ideal operation of process pumps. These disc coupling products and can also be used in general industrial applications that can include compressors, fans, presses and processing machinery. Their drop-in spacer design enables easy installation without moving the hubs. A zinc phosphate coating is standard, and other materials and coatings are available as well. The Torsiflex-i can be paired with Torsi-Lock hubs for an easy, mechanical interference fit. The Torsiflex-I coupling is also of the dry disc type. Flexibility is obtained by the deformation of the disc packs, within defined limits, which are separated by a tubular spacer. Large hubs are available on the first two sizes.

Amerigear Gear Coupling
Clutch Engineering offers Ameridrives Amerigear gear couplings for connecting shafts in situations that can involve misalignment or tight spacing requirements. The flexible coupling method is a vital and necessary technique for connecting rotating shafts in various instances. These products use a specially designed fully-crowned tooth to provide maximum torque capacity while minimizing the size of the part itself. A flexible coupling is meant to perform three main functions, which include: effectively coupling together two different shafts, compensating for all types of misalignment, and compensating for end or axial movement of the coupled shafts.

Americardan Driveshafts
