CU/CX Disc Brakes
Clutch Engineering offers Johnson CU and CX Series DC magnetic disc brakes for use with applications such as cranes, conveyors, oil mill machinery, and key nuclear power machinery. These are great disc break solutions for many critical braking applications. They are dust and drip protected, and the terminal box uses an IP55 enclosure that helps to resist various dirt particles and moisture. They are used for service duty (CU) or emergency stop duty (CX). EBN Brakes
Clutch Engineering offers Pintsch Bubenzer EBN series drum thruster brakes for use in many industrial scenarios. This product features shoe clamping springs which prevent brake shoes from tilting when released. These EBN Brakes operate according to the DIN 15435 standard. Bushings are also self-lubricating and do not require greasing. These products utilize a continuously adjustable brake spring enclosed in a square tube with torque scale and a range of thrusters are available to suit your application.
