COVID-19 Update - Clutch Engineering is open to support you.
Clutch Engineering offers Eaton’s 200DPA caliper brakes. Their construction includes large hydraulic pistons that are capable of high clamping force. These well-designed brake products have a robust design, making them highly-compatible with many high torque, high energy stopping applications. This brake product is able to automatically account for friction shoe wear, and various additional mounting options allow for different disc thicknesses. Eaton Airflex® Type 200DPA features a symmetrical opposed piston caliper brake design that is well suited for many challenging stopping applications. A large piston area and 2000 psi operating pressure range give these products a high frictional force and more torque. Dynamic frictional force: 5,700 lb (25,354 N) Static frictional force: 6,300 lb (28,023 N) Typical applications: Conveyors, flywheel brakes, mining equipment, tensioning, wind turbines, marine propulsion
Clutch Engineering offers Coremo Ocmea ID 2000 hydraulic brakes that can operate in a wide range of temperatures. These temperatures reach from -40° to 392° F (-40° to 200° C). This great resilience to fluctuations in heat provides you with additional flexibility when working with extreme environments. High heat applications for this product may be present in steel processing plants other thermally intense scenarios. A useful wear indicator warns when maximum lining pad wear is reached. The brake has an intuitive inductive ON/OFF sensor to indicate opening and closing. Braking force: 10,566 to 44,961 lbf (47,000 to 200,000 N) Typical applications: Steel processing, conveyors, wind turbines, amusement rides, marine propulsion
